We use your WiFi router's MAC address (also called BSSID) so guests can check in when they're on your venue network. It looks like: AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF (6 pairs of letters/numbers).

Option 1 — Sticker on the router (easiest)

1. Find your main WiFi router or access point (the box guests connect to).
2. Check the bottom or back for a label.
3. Look for: MAC Address, WLAN MAC, BSSID, or WiFi MAC.
4. Type that value into the form — use colons, e.g. 3C:52:A1:9B:00:1F.

Option 2 — Router admin page

1. On a laptop/phone connected to venue WiFi, open a browser.
2. Go to your router login (common: 192.168.0.1, 192.168.1.1, or check the sticker).
3. Log in (password is often on the same sticker).
4. Open Wireless / WiFi settings / Status.
5. Copy the BSSID or MAC address for your main 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz network.

Tips

• Use the MAC of the main venue WiFi guests join — not a guest-only SSID unless that's what everyone uses.
• If you have several access points, use the one in the main bar/room or ask your IT person for the primary AP MAC.
• Do not use your phone's MAC — we need the router's MAC.
